To all the women who carried us in their wombs for nine months… to all the women who carried us in their arms until we squiggled our way out… to all the women who held our hands as we learned to walk then let go as we learned to move on our own…. to all the women who cried with us when we experienced our lives’ worst pains and held us until we could go out on our own again…

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! Thank you for all that you do for your children. Thank you for being our foundation and safe place. Thank you for understanding us and never abandoning us even when everyone else does. Thank you for giving up your own wants and needs for the sake of your children.
